30-day returns
Unused sticks can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping isn't refunded). Sticks must be in original condition with the wrapper or box intact.
Used sticks
Used sticks aren't returnable. If a stick fails because of a manufacturing defect within 60 days, we'll replace it free under warranty — see our Terms.
How to return
Email admin@stickfire.co.za with your order number and we'll send a prepaid USPS return label. Once we receive the parcel we'll refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Easiest is to return the unwanted pair and place a fresh order. We'll refund the original on receipt.
Custom orders
Custom-engraved or custom-spec sticks can't be returned unless they're defective.
