We ship USPS Priority on orders placed before noon CT. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days. Tracking is emailed automatically.
Yes — we ship to Canada, the UK, and most of the EU via USPS International. Transit time is 7–14 business days. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Sticks can be returned within 30 days for a full refund as long as they're unused. Used sticks aren't returnable but warranty exchanges apply for manufacturing defects.
We do — minimum order is ten pairs. Send us a spec sheet (length, diameter, taper length, tip shape, wood) and we'll quote within two business days.
Wipe them down after each session, oil them once a month with pure tung oil, store them flat. There's a longer guide on our Journal.
Hickory from a single Tennessee mill, rock maple from Vermont, and Japanese oak for our specialty 5B. All kiln-dried, hand-rejected at the bench.
All hickory pairs are. Maple and oak pairs aren't — the lighter woods don't need it and the temper changes their tone in ways some players don't want.

All major credit cards via our processor, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. We don't store card details on our servers.
