What we collect
When you order from us we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number and order details. When you contact us we collect whatever you put in the message. Our website logs basic technical information (browser, IP, pages visited) to help us keep the site running.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order.
- To respond to your questions.
- To send you the occasional newsletter — only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and detect abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties strictly necessary to run our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping provider (USPS), and our email host. We never sell your personal data.

We use a small number of cookies and localStorage entries — see our Cookie Policy for details. You can refuse non-essential cookies in our banner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal data — although we don't sell it.
Data retention
Order records are kept for seven years to comply with U.S. tax law. Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are deleted after twelve months.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the "last updated" date above and notify newsletter subscribers by email if the change is material.
